FOOLS, one of Australia’s most audacious blues and roots collectives, have swiftly ascended the ranks with their electrifying festival performances and an unwavering commitment to soul, blues, and Americana. This 12-piece juggernaut, led by the evocative storytelling of frontman Luke O’Connor, have become a standout force, recognised alongside The Teskey Brothers as nominees for Best Live Blues and Roots Act in the 2023 National Live Music Awards. FOOLS’ live performances are a powerful blend of intimacy and wildness, captivating audiences with their immersive and original sound.

KAWEYOVA
Growing up without the influence of radio or television, Kaweyova started out singing traditional songs from the Trobriand Islands, PNG. Self-taught on guitar and vocals, Kaweyova picked up her music talents from watching her cousins play. Signing and dancing was very much a part of her daily life and culture.
